An invoice represents a contract. Because of the limited number of exhibitors, along with the fact that once an invoice is issued PTP commits that space to that exhibitor, An invoice is considered a just and payable debt if Peninsula Travel Presentations, Inc. is not notified of your withdrawal/cancellation in writing forty five (45) days prior to your first day of participation. Full payment is due upon booking for Pre-Show Seminars. Rates are subject to change without notice. Due to space limitations, cancellations will not be permitted.
