Pre-Show Seminars allow your company an exclusive atmosphere for 60 minutes prior to our Round Table Presentations. It is an effective way to go further in-depth about your company's programs, offers and develop relationships. We arrange for a private room set up theater style and provide the following services:

  • Invitations to be included in our regular show mailings!
  • Re-confirmation calls made 24 hours prior to each event!
  • Payment of all room rentals!

Your cost is $825 per seminar for one hour commencing at 5:00 p.m. and applies to all show locations.

PENINSULA TRAVEL PRESENTATIONS, INC. is owned and operated by Joe and Virginia DiBerardino. With over 60 years combined travel industry experience, they understand the importance of producing a travel trade function that continues to bring quality vendors and consultants together.

Their success has been attained by a decision back in 1993 to offer a round table format that would provide exhibitors an opportunity to present their product with an effective "face to face" presentation.

Ever increasing attendance from those in the home based segment of the industry along with consistent repeat participation amongst "brick & mortar" owners, managers, CTC's, etc. attests to the mutual acceptance of this style of trade show. Peninsula has provided exhibitors and travel agents alike an atmosphere where there is now a greater understanding of each other's needs.
