For Travel Advisors
Below is the daily schedule that you can expect when attending our shows. Please check your invitation for additional information and details.
5:00 – 6:00 PM – PRE-SHOW SEMINARS
In most cities, there will be a pre-show seminar.
6:00 – 6:30 PM – TRADE SHOW / RECEPTION
Table-top trade show and reception with soft drinks, coffee, tea, and cheese trays.
6:30 – 8:00 PM – ROUND TABLE PRESENTATIONS
Each exhibitor conducts a 5-minute presentation at your table.
8:00 – 9:00 PM – DINNER / DOOR PRIZES
At the conclusion of round table presentations, there will be dinner and door prizes.
