Terms & Conditions
An invoice represents a contract. Because of the limited number of exhibitors that we can accept, along with the fact that once an invoice is issued, Peninsula Travel Presentations, Inc. commits that space to that exhibitor. An invoice is considered a just and payable debt if Peninsula Travel Presentations, Inc. is not notified of your withdrawal/cancellation any later than 45 days prior to your first day of participation.

Pre-Show Rates and Conditions:
This is one slot only from 5:00 to 6:00 PM. Full payment is due upon booking the pre-show seminars. Peninsula does not cover any AV equipment you may need. Cancellation will not be permitted.
