For Exhibitors
Below is the daily schedule to expect when participating in our shows:
5:00 – 6:00PM – PRE-SHOW SEMINARS
Pre-show seminars are on a first come, first serve basis. Please call for availability.
4:00 – 6:00PM – SET-UP / REFRESHMENTS
6:00 – 6:30PM – TRADE SHOW / RECEPTION
6:30 – 8:00PM – ROUND TABLE PRESENTATIONS
Present your product in 5-minute round table presentations to 7-8 travel agents per table.
8:00 – 9:00 PM – DINNER / DOOR PRIZES
Dinner is served once all presentations are complete. A door prize can be offered at this time.
