Pre-Show Seminars
Pre-show seminars provide your company with an exclusive atmosphere for 60 minutes prior to our round table presentations. It presents a great opportunity to further explore your company’s products and develop successful relationships. We arrange for a private room theater-style setup along with the following services:
- Notification with a link to your website included in our show mailing
- Re-confirmations calls made 24 hours prior to each event to maximize attendance
- Payment for all room rentals
